Welcome Back To School!

Hello I am back!

Today I just wanted to check in and make sure that everyone is doing okay after break. I know that it was especially difficult for me to wake up this morning, and I have felt especially dead after classes.

If you are a senior like me, I'm sure that you're experiencing acute senioritis. It is our last semester, and my motivation is running extremely low. However, I always say that you can't run the first 90% of the marathon and then start crawling towards the finish line. So let's finish strong!

To help stay motivated, each day I wake up and pick something good in the world or something that I'm looking forward to. This helps me stay optimistic and more likely to do things.

Here's a list of things that I have used previously to help me get through the day:

1) Rainy days

2) Facetiming friends

3) Small puppies

4) Chocolate chip pancakes

5) Hugs

That's just a small exercise to help. If you don't like it, don't do it. It's just a suggestion!

Have a great beginning to the second semester!

(Also watch the results of the Georgia runoff elections!)
