Everything President Biden Has Done Thus Far

Just hours after being sworn in, Biden signed a historic 17 executive actions (15 of which are executive orders). All of these actions are major reversals from Trump's policies.
A series of measures will be enacted to help stop the spread of the coronavirus. President Biden has signed a mandate to wear masks and practice social distancing on all federal government property. He also plans to create the position of a COVID-19 Response Coordinator, who will report directly to him and to launch a '100 Days Masking Challenge' asking Americans to mask up for 100 days. (I really like that; it's a great way to get those on social media involved. It'll be like the next Ice Bucket Challenge.) Biden will also make sure that the US rejoins the World Health Organization and is sending Dr. Fauci (as the head of delegation) to its board meeting.
Biden is also set to launch a whole-government initiative to advance racial equality, reverse the Muslim ban, and stop the building of the Mexico-US border wall.
In order to stop government corruption, he has also ordered that all appointees in the executive branch sign an ethics pledge. (Yes, Trump's tax returns, we're looking at you.)
He has also signed an executive order bringing us back into the 2015 Paris climate agreement and he has revoked the permit granted to the controversial Keystone XL Pipeline. Yay for actual climate change progress!
Next on his list is approval for his $1.9 trillion stimulus plan and steps to begin a large vaccine rollout. He is committed to administer 100 million vaccines by his 100th day in office.
He has done quite a lot in less than a day. I am so excited to see what the next four years bring, and I am so happy that we can begin to see some progress. Obviously, we won't fix it all in a day, but this is a really good first step. I can see the energy changing in America already, from fear to hope.
It's time to build back better.
