Early College Decisions

Today is the first day of finals, so I wish everyone the best of luck!

This week is also early decision/action week for many schools, so for all of you who have applied early, best of luck!

Remember, most importantly, that your self-worth does not hinge on which school you get into. If you get into your first-choice early, that's amazing and I'm super proud of you. But, please, please remember that no matter what happens, you are still amazing.

If you get rejected, that does not reflect poorly upon your character; it just means that the school is missing out on your unique set of talents. Believe in fate - wherever you end up was initially slated for you from the very beginning.
